An impressive, large palapa creates the setting for an open aired, sophisticated evening of dining pleasure.
The menu offers an exotic blend of flavors influenced by different Pacific Rim countries with a twist, like Kahlua Potstickers filled with smoked pork with shredded cabbage and black bean garlic sauce. Wok favorites include the delicious Crab Crusted Sea bass with red curry coconut sauce, and Szechwan Pepper Duckling with preserved lemon risotto. From the grill, the Trilogy of Fresh Local Seafood-a half lobster tail with vanilla bean sauce, blackened fish with mango relish and sautéed shrimp in wasabi butter is exquisitely prepared and presented.
Take a moment to explore Los Cabos' only underground wine cellar and choose from an extensive list of wines and champagnes. Desserts are as delicious as they look. Reservations are recommended and resort attire is requested.

- Jazz/wine/cigar/coffee bar with a short, but impressive Mediterranean/Latin menu that changes twice a month and an impressive wine list including wines by the glass. Mount Xanic and Camou, both labels of excellent reputation from the northern Baja peninsula are represented here, as well as wine from the upcoming wine "region" in the USA of Walla Walla, Washington. There are wines from Europe and California as well. The ambiance here is classy combined with a little funk, much like jazz.

- this restaurant is set in a restored adobe and while it looks small on entry opens out into a sizeable courtyard at the back. Trees offer shade, and the understated Mexican décor is enhanced by candlelight once the sun goes down. As the name suggests there are plenty of the finest tequilas available, it also specializes in traditional Mexican dishes and some variations of. They also offer some more innovative cuisine with a distinctive Pacific Rim and Mediterranean influence. We recommend the Tequila shrimp.
